Main menu

2 courses for £19.95 or 3 courses for £22.95

Starters

  • Soup of the day, fresh focaccia (v)
  • Cod cheeks, chorizo piperade, lilliput capers
  • Smoked ham hock and venison terrine, burnt apple purée, crostini

Mains

  • Lamb chop, braised lamb belly, pomme purée, Tenderstem broccoli, confit garlic and rosemary sauce
  • Boston clam chowder, charred corn, dill oil, sourdough
  • Nottinghamshire ricotta and baby spinach ravioli, wild garlic butter sauce, pine nut crumble (v)

Desserts

  • South African melktert, hibiscus coulis
  • Compressed rhubarb, filo shards, pistachio crumb, honey and rose syrup
  • Banana semifreddo, peanut cremaux, chocolate
