Fletchers Dining, Theatre and Events (also known as Fletchers) is a subsidiary of Nottingham College and operates as a commercial entity providing services through its restaurant and theatre facilities. Fletchers operates within the Nottingham College City Hub campus.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- To faciliate a restaurant reservation.
- To faciliate a ticket purchase for entry to one or more theatre/performance shows.
- Subscribing to the Fletchers email newsletter.
- Request to post Fletchers gift vouchers to a provided mailing address.
We use your personal information as part of faciliating the above transactions in accordance with this privacy policy and the Nottingham College privacy policy.
In certain circumstances this data will be shared with certain Nottingham College personnel for the purpose of fulfilling the above requirements or other legitimate operational related reasons.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored. When personal data is being transmitted through our website it is secured using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Data stored in our website is secure through robust access control measures. The database of this website is protected by private key authentication and strong randomly generated passwords, with high-level infrastructure access only available to senior members of Nottingham College staff with the appropriate operational clearance as well as data protection training.
- We keep restaurant reservations for a maximum of two years which are securely stored within the Fletchers website. We retain this data for the outlined period in order to measure and report on restaurant bookings for business performance, after this data retention period, this data is automatically permanently erased.
- Theatre show bookings are faciliated through TicketSource, which has it's own data retention policy on customer data with use of their service.
