Fletchers Restaurant is now closed for the summer break and will reopen on Wednesday 16th September for lunch and dinner.

- Traditional turkey with all the accompaniments
- Pan seared trout, roast new potatoes, beurre blanc, leek textures
- Roast venison, braised red cabbage, wholegrain mustard pomme puree, juniper jus
- Winter vegetable and truffle pie, pomme puree, Tenderstem broccoli, mushroom jus (v)

- Christmas pudding, brandy butter, cherry coulis (v)
- Sherry trifle, toasted pistachios (v)
- Gingerbread tart, caramel apple, clotted cream (v)
- Assiette of cheese - Stilton, cheddar, brie, crackers, orange chutney (£2 supplement) (v)
