Your information is securely stored. When personal data is being transmitted through our website it is secured using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Data stored on our website is secure through robust access control measures.

We keep restaurant reservations for a maximum of two years which are securely stored within the Fletchers website. We retain this data for the outlined period to measure and report on restaurant bookings for business performance. After this data retention period, this data is automatically permanently erased.
Theatre show bookings are facilitated through a third-party event platform TicketSource, which has its own data retention policy on customer data with the use of their service.
